Perry Hansen, Executive Director Perry began his career in Property management in 1978. His extensive experience ranges from managing maintenance crews to acting as the Senior Property manager for a well respected property management firm, overseeing well over 1,500 units of both commercial and residential property for 30 years. He was responsible for a six million dollar renovation in Edina, Minnesota with positive investment returns for the owner in the resale of a 260 unit building. Perry’s vast experience and knowledge has taught him how to be productive despite changing market conditions. Perry has also committed his time and efforts at his church/senior housing community, where he holds a Board position. Perry has earned the Minnesota Real Estate Broker's License, CRM, CRMT, Boilers License, Notary and many IREM courses. |

Nancy St. Germaine, Senior Property Manager Since 1998, St. Germaine has worked with cooperative organizations ranging from housing to small farm cooperatives. She has participated in various training activities for sustainable building and affordable housing at Portland State University, Habitat for Humanity, The Food Bank and City Repair. She was also a co-founder and president of Portland Collective Housing, a cooperative non-profit organization in Portland, Oregon. In 2007, St. Germaine joined Northcountry Cooperative Development Fund as a Housing Project Organizer, providing technical assistance and cooperative development in low income communities and manufactured home communities. She also provides technical assistance to developing cooperatives in Minneapolis, MN as well as held the position as a Development Officer on the North American Students of Cooperation Board of Directors in 2008. In 2008 she assisted in the development of a cooperative property management company, Common Properties Management Cooperative. She has a bachelor’s degree in Affordable Housing from Portland (Oregon) State University. |
